International Manager - Webmecanik
- Subsidiary coordination: sourcing ideal partners for subsidiaries program; monitoring in detail the quality of projects already in place and support the development of new projects, while ensuring smooth coordination between subsidiaries and corporate; ensuring the consistency of projects between the different subsidiaries and implementing support actions if necessary; collecting, structuring and sharing the needs identified in the different markets in order to eventually launch new digital projects. - Business Development & Account Management: client business opportunities (building privileged partnerships around the globe); account follow-up; creating and enhancing account management tools and processes; providing training and consultancy to assist clients in their marketing automation strategy and software implementation; creating and following business opportunities and negotiation; presenting the Webmecanik offer throughout personalized demonstrations, webinars and events. - Marketing & Communications: increasing company visibility on website, blog, guest blogs and social media to boost lead generation and conversion rates; translation of various marketing and product material from French to English and Portuguese; creation of marketing brochures adapted to countries' needs; creation of client training material to maximize software experience. - Customer Portfolio: Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Romania, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, United States, Israel, Ivory Coast and Argentina.
