Our special soft skills questionnaire

In order to develop their ability to work in a team and facilitate their integration into your company, freelancers must develop their soft-skills.

Following this observation, we called upon Marielle Frick, coach and trainer expert in soft-skill, to help us create a questionnaire revealing the level of our freelancers and clients on the following skills: emotional intelligence, relational intelligence and stress management. In 40 questions, we can determine if our freelancers and clients are beginners, intermediates, experts or absolute experts in these three categories.

It acts directly on reason! Our level of emotional skill determines the management and understanding of our emotions. It is through it that we can also understand and respect the emotions of the people with whom we communicate. Finally, it is our emotional skills that allow us to have self-confidence, to develop our affirmation, to be independant and to gain in perseverance and empathy.

It governs all our interactions between humans. For our level of relational skill to be optimal, it is important to establish active, positive and respectful communication. It affects our ability to develop team spirit, respect rules and increase openness.

Stress management
Stress management

Stress causes mental and physical tensions, stress management is the way we react to these elements. It encourages us to reveal the elements that cause the feeling of stress but also to assimilate the situation and find solutions to it. Learning to improve stress management brings many benefits such as taking a step back, refocusing and maintaining confidence.

The soft-skills expert, Marielle Frick!

After a first career as a designer, Marielle became an expert in soft skills. Accompanying a multitude of people in their professional lives has enabled her to establish the following observation: behind the appearances that the majority of us let appear, governing and developing with the people in it's professional environment generated a strong feeling of stress and dissatisfaction. Today, Marielle helps hundreds of people to develop their "how-to-be" by boosting their confidence, image and esteem. The soft-skills allows us to develop tools that promote collective dynamics. From PNL, to CNV, to Psycho +, her creative tools have allowed her to develop a general awareness of emotional and relational intelligences as well as stress management. These elements are used in several contexts. In companies during consulting and training missions, in seminars for students or in team or individual training.

Her dream? That all employees can find the resources to increase their emotional skills so that they can develop their soft-skills successfully.
